What You’ll Own

Lead design, training, deployment, and continuous improvement of our real-time pricing model.

Architect a scalable ML infrastructure with AWS, Docker, ECS, and Airflow, optimized for both accuracy and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with internal pricing specialists to translate trading insights into predictive features.

Conduct experiments, backtests, and model iterations that directly influence business KPIs.

Be the technical voice that bridges model performance and commercial outcomes — with freedom to innovate fast.

What You’ll Bring

10+ years in engineering, with 4–5+ years in applied ML.

Deep mastery of Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and pandas.

Proven experience with MLOps (AWS, Docker, ECS, Airflow, or similar).

Strong background in model deployment, feature generation, and experimentation.

Experience with pricing, risk modelling, or marketplace products is a strong plus.
